Order Processing & Fulfillment

Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 4-7 working days after dispatch.
All orders come with tracking information, which will be shared once the order is shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
EMI and PayLater options are not available at this time.
