How long does it take to ship an order?
We ship all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them.
Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes! Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days depending on location.
Do you ship across India and internationally?
Absolutely. We ship all over India. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we do!
What’s your return policy?
You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it — as long as it's unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags or accessories included.

Do you offer customization?

Do you provide gift packaging?
Definitely. Just let us know during checkout and we’ll wrap it up beautifully for you or your loved one.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI and mobile wallets.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer COD also.

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
