Shipping & Returns

At Mystic Dews, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, worry-free, and enjoyable — from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives in your hands.

Shipping & Handling

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 4–7 working days depending on your location.

If your order contains customized pieces, please allow a little extra time for us to craft them with care. Orders containing both customized and non-customized items may be split and shipped separately.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,199 within India.
For international orders and return shipments, standard shipping charges apply and are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Split Deliveries

If you're ordering a mix of regular and customized items, your package may arrive in separate shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items.
Please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Please note:

•    Customized products are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.
•    All return requests are subject to quality checks before a refund is initiated.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the inspection.
Any original shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different item? We offer easy exchanges! The exchange will be initiated once the original item is picked up or delivered to us.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Visit our Contact Us page and submit a return request.
2. Our support team will guide you through the process.
3. Be available for reverse pickup and respond to calls from our delivery partner. If the pickup fails due to unavailability, it will need to be rescheduled.

Important Notes:

•    Some PIN codes may not be reverse serviceable. In such cases, we’ll request you to ship the item to us via an alternate courier (like India Post) and reimburse up to ₹70 in shipping charges.
•    If your shipping cost exceeds ₹70, the extra amount will be adjusted from your refund.

Missing or Empty Parcels

In the unlikely case that you receive an empty package or a missing item:

•    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
•    Share a 360-degree unboxing video showing the parcel being opened clearly.
•    This helps us investigate and support your claim faster.

Without proper evidence or signs of tampering, we may be unable to process such claims. Mystic Dews reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
